I started doing virtual training with Rick about 6 months postpartum after my oldest daughter was born. I had always been active pre-pregnancy, but was struggling to get back into a program with a body that was different than it had been previously.

I used to take Rick's group fitness classes during COVID and immediately reached out to him to see if he would be available to train me to get back into shape!

I've been working with Rick now for almost 1.5 years and have had such a great experience that I've now gotten my whole family to do weekly group fitness and recommended him to many of my fellow entrepreneur friends because virtual training is so convenient.

I'm now 9 months pregnant with baby 2 and have never felt stronger (I can still squat and reach things off the floor!) and have Rick to thank for helping me build both strength and confidence.
