Scheduling

• I use a scheduling system that handles appointments securely

• The system will email and/or text you appointment confirmations as well as a reminder the day of your session

• You will be asked to confirm the appointment 48 hours before your session to avoid scheduling issues

• Please always confirm or cancel your appointments

Billing

• The same system is used for secure payments

• I ask all clients to keep a credit card on file for payments

• You will be sent an invoice for your first session that will allow you to set up payment

• You will see payments processed after completion of each session

• Receipts available upon request
